·The equipment can operate automatically or semi automatically.
·The overall casting base and shaft components have undergone G2.5 dynamic balancing treatment, and all bases and transmission shafts have undergone FEA strength verification and harmonic analysis.
This system configuration includes:
·NVH evaluation system, using offline analyzers from brands such as Discom/RHF.
·The use of NI real-time control modules and Siemens S120 series drivers ensures the normal operation of the dynamometer and high-speed and accurate data acquisition.
·DC power supply system (providing power to the tested component).
·The configuration of torque limiter, shaft temperature sensor, vibration sensor, etc. can ensure that the platform automatically stops in case of unexpected situations, preventing damage to the platform mechanism.
·Hydraulic system provides power for hydraulic actuators.
·Independent dynamometer cooling system and tested component cooling system (variable frequency control).
·The upper computer for measurement and control and the upper computer for NVH system are respectively used to query power measurement data and NVH evaluation.
·It can be connected to the testing line/or assembly line and has the function of reading and writing RFID information.
