1. Flexible mixed flow production:

· Supports random launch of different models of products, with a replacement time of ≤15 minutes.

2. High-precision online testing:

· Torque test repeatability GR&R ≤30%, NVH test accuracy ±0.5dB.

3. Full process data traceability:

· RFID bound box number, key process parameters are stored ≥10 years.

4. Standardized rack design:

· Manual, semi-automatic, automatic station width and consistent appearance, and independent transmission, control and pneumatic systems; it is convenient for the addition of redundant stations in the future, with a short transformation cycle and a refined appearance.




6. Main process stations (Top 5)

1. Comprehensive test station (EOL/NVH integration)

· Function: Overall machine performance test (torque/speed/power) + vibration noise analysis, intercept abnormal noise and performance abnormalities.

2. Oil filling/pumping station

· Function: Accurate filling of oil (Error ±0.1L) and residual oil recovery, circulation filtration accuracy ≤10μm.

3. Automatic appearance detection work station

· Function: 3D visual detection of surface defects, missed installations, defect recognition rate ≥99.5%.

4. Manually tighten the work station

· Function: servo tightening (torque ±5%, angle ±0.5°), leak-proof counting.

5. Airtight test station

· Function: Oil circuit/cooling system seal detection (leakage rate ≤0.1%FS).

· Cmk is ≥2.0, and the calibration period of the measuring instrument is ≤3 months.

2. Safety protection requirements

· Fully enclosed protection of the robot area (safety grating + emergency stop button), protection level IP54.

· Foreign matter residue standard: particle size ≤0.1mm, metal debris ≤5mg/m².

· The test data is uploaded to MES in real time, and the local storage is redundant backup ≥2 copies.
